Each invited speaker will briefly present their position or non-paper, focusing on points of alignment or divergence with the Elements Paper.
The co-moderators for this session are Desiree Miloshevic and Amrita Choudhury.

First round (5 x 6 mins = 30 min) – Each speaker will present their position paper, reflecting on alignment/divergence with the Elements Paper. They will respond to the following question: -
Could you briefly outline the main messages of your position paper and how they relate to the Elements Paper? What are the main areas of alignment or divergence you would like to emphasize -
Second round (5x3 min=15 min): each speaker will respond to the following question: -
Imagine the IGF receives the mandate you envision. What would you like it to look like and deliver by 2030? -

2. Registration is now open for a two-day Informal Interactive WSIS stakeholder consultations on the Zero-Draft on 13/14 September. There would be two sessions to accommodate different geographic regions and time zones. The informal consultations will precede the 2nd Preparatory Meeting which will take place on 15 October 2025 and be broadcasted via UN Web TV.
