I think that the negative comments should wait until he has implemented his solution and we have tried it for a bit. It seems a bit ungrateful to pile on him when he's done so much work and say - "we don't want any translation", or "you should do even more work".

This was what I meant with my answer. Certainly we appreciate and know the effort is being made. But unfortunately we can not use it. Even until we find something better, I think it would be better to get the message in its original language and translate it (everyone) by any method is more accustomed to using.

I think, just as Sylvia, that this result is not good, not enough.

I mean, it is impossible to interact effectively using this translation tool. All the sense of what anyone would try to say could get lost.

WeÂŽve been discussing this topic in several lists, and the conclusions have been the same.

This is a very important issue for global governance, and thus it still deserves more efforts for its improvement.
