reenvo Annex / including ALAC called to vote on the acceptance of ISOC Nepal as At-Large structure in the Asia-Pacific region. It has the support of APRALO.
I propose that we recommend to our representatives in ALAC vote for this application.
In support of this application I mention that I had the opportunity to deal with ISOC Nepal for some time and have found that it is an active organization, well prepared, and regularly involved in sensitive matters of internet in your country regina s despite significant adversity. The draft resolution I propose is:
"LACRALO recommended ALAC their representatives vote for the request no.182, ISOC Nepal for Accreditation as At-Large Structure (ALS). "
Sincerely request is submitted to the process of consensus or Voting from the term with sufficient anticipation of voting, same which expires at 2359 UTC on August 23, 2013.
In the absence of a process of this nature appeal directly to a representative to vote in the direction indicated.
