Sé que tienes buenas intenciones y me tienen como un contacto en la Skype, pero si la discusión se refiere a la candidatura de la Secretaría y si quiere demostrar la transparencia, entonces es más apropiado que contestar preguntas o comentarios, y dar a sus respuestas usando la lista de correo o otro medio de acceso público.
Esto también facilitará el ser capaz de entender preguntas y comentarios planteada en Inglés y también permitiría la respuesta que debe entenderse por De habla inglesa.

Gracias por tus comentarios Jacqueline. En este momento, desde LACRALO solo hay un chat en Skype. Siguiendo tu idea, fue que se dejó bien en claro que todos están invitados a participar en este chat. Quiero contarles que estamos muy contentos con los resultados que estamos teniendo y vemos que cada vez más los participantes leen lo escrito aunque aun no todos estén escribiendo. Es una cuestión cultural, pero lo importante son los resultados. Y por eso mismo te voy a incorporar a ti y a Cintra al mismo, será una experiencia muy interesante para todos.
