Two brief comments.

1. I understand that there is a process in place to address and hopefully fix some of the root causes of the problems that you refer. I fear that this has been carried out currently on the staff ICANN can not give more details other than to say that something estpasando.

2. I am not in a position to predict the outcome, but I plan include the problem raised in the second bullet, the ability to address disputes RALO ALAC level, plantearn during a prxima revisiny upgrade of the Rules of Procedure of ALAC.
