Given the proposals to date introduced on the last call, which in my opinion goes against good governance, I suggest that this document be translated by ICANN into Spanish so that the concepts in that document can be better read, understood and discussed.

I have several proposals in mind, some include

- introducing diversity requirements for chair and secretariat similar to current diversity requirements for the ALAC - introducing additional diversity requirements for the ALAC positions - allowing individuals or unaffiliated persons to be full members (with the same privileges) in LACRALO

and will have more details on these in time for the next WG call.
