Dear all: According to consumers laws, ICANN would be providing a service. These laws are mandatory in many countries.(law enforcement) You can not waive your application. Who is the end user is of the service is third on the contract. The third is the beneficiary of that contract or agreement with ICANN registrant. The laws establish the liability of the supplier (in this case ICANN) for the service to the end user (in this case the third party will use the domain name) But these laws protect end users, not commercial enterprises ..
