Por cierto, creo que es pertinente una explicación en español para esta lista sobre el funcionamiento de las elecciones.
Votaron 12 de los 15 miembros de ALAC.
Cuando hay 2 candidatos, como en el caso del representante Latinoamericano, se expresan preferencias.
Cada miembro de ALAC pone un número 1 a quien prefiere y un número 2 a quien pone en segundo orden.
Quien obtenga menos puntaje al final de la elección, es quien resulta ganador.
En cualquier caso, considero de suma importancia que se haya respetado la recomendación generada en LACRALO.
