She currently works in the Campus ICT Department of the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, Trinidad and Tobago. She is a citizen of Trinidad and Tobago. She is heavily involved in Internet Governance events and outreach in the Caribbean, and has been an ICANN Fellow. Her research interests include Internet Governance, Cybersafety, and IXPs.
