After careful consideration of the actions of several of my LACRALO colleagues leading up to and during the ICANN meeting in Costa Rica, I wish to decline my nomination for the position of LACRALO Secretariat.
I have always done my utmost for LACRALO, for At-Large and the ALAC and will continue to do so. I eagerly look forward to your committment to resolve our issues and for all of us to participate in ICANN's development of Internet policy on behalf on the Internet end users.
I want to second the nomination of Roosevelt King as LACRALO secretariat. His experience as secretariat for several hundred NGOs in Barbados, and his understanding and commitment to the ideals of LACRALO as demonstrated in Costa Rica shows he is the best candidate for LACRALO Secretariat.
