Hi Carlos I think there's some miscommunication - my email that you seem to be responding to was about Jose's response to an earlier email from Carlton, in which he indicated that Carlton should not be sending emails on some issue about Caribbean/Latin American differences and so on in LACRALO, as he isn't a LACRALO officer. It wasn't about the NomCom poll. Hard to tell, though, given the lack of subject lines in the emails recently. With regard to the poll, as someone who has offered myself for the NomCom position, I am staying out of any discussion on the poll. I've been duly nominated, accepted the nomination, and submitted my SoI to the LACRALO Secretariat and to ALAC. I now await the decision of ALAC. That's my only statement on this issue. Hope this clarifies. Jacqueline A. Morris Technology should be like oxygen: Ubiquitous, Necessary, Invisible and Free. Jackqueline I'm sure you are not behind this.. My position is: if somebody thinks this is the way you can get more votes, I can change mine and give you the position.. this is not the way to participate.. I don want to work for a group where people use this kind of tricks in order to gain some more ballots...
Of course, I repeat, I'm sure this is not your position.
