coincido con tu análisis salvo en un punto, que ya había expresado: la fase 2 requiere actividades y compromisos que entran en un terreno operacional o pueden requerirlo, por lo cual no es adecuado que descanse en voluntarios, o no exclusivamente en ellos.

Estoy reenviando este correo sobre un tema abierto a votación dentro de ALAC hasta el lunes próximo.
En la lista de LACRALO se estuvo comentando este asunto hace unos días.
Personalmente estoy de acuerdo con la declaración a la que se ha arribado desde ALAC, ya que lo que se decidió en la última teleconferencia fue hacer una nota breve, similar a la emitida desde el GNSO, acordar con el Reporte Final del DSSA WG, felicitar a los miembros por su trabajo y además acordar con el cierre de este WG y que este WG no continúe con la Fase 2, la cual consideran se debe llevar adelante por un nuevo grupo de voluntarios con determinados conocimientos específicos.
Aguardo comentarios para orientar la votación.
