Colegas, entre los temas a los que hemos prestado atención recientemente está el de las colisiones de nombres de dominio, objeto del reporte anexo/incluiído aquí. Las colisiones a que este estudio se refiere pueden ocurrir cuando un nuevo gTLD coincida con nombres de primer nivel que se usan en redes internas (LAN sobre todo) en compañías, universidades, etc. Por lo tanto representan un riesgo potencial para los usuarios de Internet que puede aparecer de maneras inesperadas. De allí a su vez la importancia de las medidas de mitigación que aparecen en el estudio. Sus opiniones y las de las organizaciones en las que Uds. trabajan son de la mayor importancia.
