Desde la llamada con el candidatos ayer, todavía estoy perplejo de que una persona, Harold Arcos del Internauta Venezuela que nunca se enteró de en LACRALO o At-Large hasta finales de julio de 2015, no ha asistido a una reunión de ICANN F2F, y no cumplir los requisitos del ALAC serio está siendo considerado como candidato para representar LACRALO a nivel ALAC de representar los intereses de los usuarios de Internet de América Latina y el Caribe. Los requisitos del ALAC como por su RP, como Jacqueline publicarán en la lista http://atlarge-lists.icann.org/pipermail/lac-discuss-en/2015-August/013266.… http://atlarge-lists.icann.org/pipermail/lac-discuss-es/2015-August/029233.… menciona lo siguiente "d) Capacidad demostrada para el grupo de toma de decisiones reflexiva y buen juicio, y un historial de trabajar para construir consensos con un conjunto diverso de intereses que trabajan juntos en temas de políticas complejas. e) La capacidad efectiva presidir reuniones y proporcionar liderazgo y apoyo a los equipos de trabajo o comités. g) De acuerdo con las recientes recomendaciones de la revisión del ALAC adoptadas por la Junta Directiva de ICANN, los miembros de ALAC debe tener habilidad en Inglés hablado y escrito para que el comité funcione de manera eficaz y permitir ALAC Miembros para interactuar eficazmente en el entorno general de la ICANN. " Como recién llegado a At-Large, Harold no puede hablar con estos requisitos. Estimados, ya están vencidos los plazos, y lamentablemente no hubo comentarios que permitan realizar un aporte de LACRALO sobre esta segunda propuesta del CCWG. Respecto del punto 3. y según el aporte realizado por Leon, parece que no habrá otra alternativa. Sinceramente esperaba aportes sobre el punto 1, particularmente cuando está referido a los usuarios finales, y para ello dejé guías en la wiki. También esperaba que algún especialista en derechos humanos, que los hay en LACRALO, hicieran su aporte. Agradezco en particular a Alejandro Pisanty por su importante aporte. Ahora solo resta esperar que los temas importantes que tratemos de aquí en más, tengan una mayor participación.
