Whilst ISOC-TT is simply an ALS in the pond of LACRALO, it is certainly
heartening to have the acknowledgment and such warm congratulations from
the wider At Large and ALAC community.

Puede ser que sea una cosa el lenguaje, pero no tengo ni idea de lo que entendemos por
"Actualización" en este contexto.
DEFN: para hacer efectiva o real, se convierten en acción o hecho.
¿Cómo no un voto de acuerdo con un proceso de convertirse en realidad, si el hecho de
se define como siendo creado por la acción del voto?
Hay un proceso, todo se hizo de acuerdo con el proceso,
que sea justo y transparente. Si los cambios se deben hacer, no hay
los procesos para que también (los grupos de trabajo).
No veo cómo mi mente no está abierta, ya que no he puesto mi Punto de vista en absoluto,
en cuanto a si se debe cambiar o no. No he hecho ningún valor
juicios, sólo trató de recordar a la gente cuál es el proceso, por lo que
que se puede aplicar de manera justa y consistentemente (extremadamente importante
para la transparencia)

¿No es el trabajo de los ALS para llevar la información a sus miembros o finales
los usuarios y obtener retroalimentación y enviar que a través de ALAC? Así el camino para
los usuarios finales para hacer exactamente lo que usted está pidiendo es para la ELA a
dar a conocer la información y pedirle su opinión. ¿No es eso lo que su
ELA hace? Esa es la lógica detrás de la estructura RALO.
Así es como la diligencia debida se supone que debe hacerse, y cómo ALS
también han funcionado en lo que respecta a estas aplicaciones ... enviar la información
a cabo, pedir información, sintetizarla e introdúzcalo en la región
asesoramiento, o directamente a la ALAC.
Me parece que la creación de capacidades y el trabajo de ALS era algo
que debería haber pasado mucho más tiempo en la de San José!

Por favor ...
Lea las reglas, el proceso de lectura, leer los archivos, los antecedentes,
y leer la respuesta del personal. No es sólo mi Punto de vista, es la
proceso real. Se pone en un lenguaje sencillo, no jerga legal. Tiene
ha seguido para cada uno de ALS que actualmente acreditado.
Para tratar de hacer un cambio ahora está pasando extraño. ¿Qué pasa con la otra
ALS que hayan sido acreditados en la misma reunión el 14 de marzo, o incluso
todos los otros ALS acreditadas. Por ejemplo, podemos referirnos a
de la AF y el Ralo de la UE en las reuniones de Lisboa en 2007, o la de ALC y NA
reuniones en San Juan también en 2007, en la que fueron acreditados y ALS
de inmediato participó en las reuniones y decisiones sin ningún tipo de
