Revised UASG004 - UA Use Cases - ready to be published.
We’ve made a couple of changes to the UASG004 UA Use Cases document that have come up as people start using them to test their systems and I want to make sure that the information in the attached is correct. Particularly, we’ve created another test case for the ‘open dot’ “。” character that is sometimes used instead of the traditional ‘.’ Our documentation indicates that we expect applications to convert these ‘open dots’ to normal ‘.’ dots. We are still having some discussions around the Right-to-left scripts, mostly because copy/paste sometimes appears to do some transformations. Your thoughts are welcome on both topics, or others. Thanks. Don

Hello Don, Can you please send us the editable format of the "UASG004 Use Cases for UA Readiness Evaluation 2016-07-06.pdf" document. In the TF-ADIN we need to review and complete the test cases for the Arabic Script. Thank you for your help. Regards, Abdeslam NASRI 2016-07-06 8:49 GMT+02:00 Don Hollander <don.hollander@icann.org>:

Don, All, I think this is very useful. Has there been some consideration given to automatic replies for the email addresses? (apologies if I missed this, speaking only for myself, I think it’d be nice to have “the pong with the ping”…) Thank you, Regards, Philippe Fouquart Orange Labs Networks +33 (0) 1 57 39 58 13 From: ua-discuss-bounces@icann.org [mailto:ua-discuss-bounces@icann.org] On Behalf Of Don Hollander Sent: Wednesday, July 06, 2016 8:50 AM To: UA-discuss@icann.org Subject: [UA-discuss] Revised UASG004 - UA Use Cases - ready to be published.
