We’ve been doing some work on getting a poster designed that we can use at a variety of events. Many thanks to Nicole for her contribution to this and all the other excellent design work that we’ve had. Please find attached a draft. Plan is to produce these at A0 size (e.g. poster size). I would envision making these available at gatherings of software developers and such. Your thoughts are welcome. Don Don Hollander Universal Acceptance Steering Group Skype: don_hollander
Nice Don! We can display at the GDD Booth if you'd like. Good design and layout. 2 suggestions ① The first 2 example domain names on the left are both ascii.unicode. I think one of them should be unicode.unicode and why not a working DataMail IDN eg http://电邮.在线<http://%E7%94%B5%E9%82%AE.%E5%9C%A8%E7%BA%BF> I have listed other DataMail IDNs at http://schappo.blogspot.co.uk/2017/01/chinese-email-address.html ② Put the 🌐 emoji on the poster so that even with just a glance at the poster a viewer will know the poster is something about internationalisation/globalisation. Top left hand corner or each of the 4 corners? Hi Don, A lot of good info. I know how hard it is to select the keys in such limited work space; but they are well organized. I feel "Are you Ready" and "Why it matter" font could be larger to highlight the Question! Kind regards Wadson Will there be any language translated version.

Thanks. With respect to languages, Nicole took that into consideration with the space allocation. English seems to be about average in terms of number of words. Some languages tend to be more verbose, some markedly less so. Let’s get the English version sorted and then we can work on others. At Microsoft - FWIW - we use 140% expansion as the space requirement for most languages relative to English. The smaller keyboard and use of voice recognition may increase my incoherence. Apologies. Feel free to ask for clarification of my word choices.
