Re: [UA-discuss] Feedback from GDD summit
Dennis I think the numbers we got there suggested that to date there had only been about a dozen issues logged .. We mainly talked about the Issue Logging tool and its usage rate. Jothan Frakes did a good job advertising it among the audience. There was one gentleman asking whether the Issue Logging Tool was available in other languages, to which the answer was no. He said that the tool being in English was a constraint. I’m not suggesting the UASG should spend time and resources localizing its website. Use it as a data point. -Dennis
We’ll have some reporting on the logging facility next month, and then monthly after that. It’s fair to say that the effort has not been taxing, but it has given the staff time to really track down the issues. And in the meantime, we continue with our evaluation of UA Readiness of Websites through our measures of acceptance of a variety of mail addresses for engagement. Reports on that will also come out in early July for the period ending June 30.
