Dear Colleagues,

                I hope you are doing well, I already configured my email server to support EAI as the following :-

What I noticed is :-

1) Cannot send an email from outlook to my EAI mail box , mail was rejected at the first point at sender mail server as the following :-

2) I tried to only change the local part of email address to be in punny-code “xn--*” , the email delivered correctly to my EAI mailbox as the following :-

3) Arabic Email address displayed correctly at outlook 2016 in case of you try to send an email like the following :-

4) Arabic email address local-part does not displayed correctly if outlook receives an email from EAI mail server account like the following :-

Any idea !!! I will be happy to receive any comment to make the system working well.
