If we want to explain why UASG does not endorse emojis, we could include SSAC 095. <https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/sac-095-en.pdf>

Aside from SSAC 095, I wouldn’t mention emojis at all since IDNA 2008 is already included in our list.
