It's XgenPlus as server which is in backend and MS Outlook 2016 as emal client. Video showing to configure EAI in outlook and successfully deliver email to Gmail and receive from Gmail in EAI account.

In this SMTP (outgoing and incoming) for EAI is xgenplus email server .

I’m not email expert so please help me understand what you did. I see Outlook 2016 as your client, which handles Unicode characters flawlessly. What about the server to provision the accounts? Is it MS Exchange or Xgen Plus or other?
