Related to Xgenplus news：According to http://www.medianama.com/2016/08/223-govt-free-bharat-domain/ the Indian government will give free bharat IDNs to users that register .in domain names.

Bharat means India.

India has bharat TLDs in an impressive 15 different languages https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/string-evaluation-completion-2014-02-19-en Not all of them are, as yet, in DNS.
