Hi Dusan, 

I see that initial form of Google Translate 

https://translate.google.com

Does not recognize new TLDs as URLs.

for example add to the form 

https://www.nic.wien

and it is not highlighted (not recognized as URL due to 'wrong' TLD names)

while 
if you add

https://translate.google.com

then the line on the top accepts the same addresses as URLs (most probably they use old script in the initial page).
