Talking about IDN – there are tone of useful information collected over the years. Edmon was chair of the JIG, probably it was the most focused UA working group.

I updated the letter into one that goes to the ICANN Board of Directors. Along the way, I did some copy editing – not taking away any of the substance, but cleaning up the language and the flow. Both redline and clean versions attached.
