This is the specific issue that I raised during our UA session today. I believe this represents an opportunity for the UA to engage in a constructive dialog with the GAC as UA is clearing an issue for them.  

 

I think when the UA issue can be linked to those departments/branches associated with income/revenue it may catch their attention.
