I have updated the maps of the TZ timezones presented at <http://efele.net/maps/tz>: - in sync with 2010e: introduction of America/Matamoros, America/Ojinaga, America/Santa_Isabel - the Kuril islands are now in Asia/Magadan rather than Asia/Sakhalin (thanks to Tobias Conradi for noticing the error) As a result, the Russia and world data files have changed.
