Hi! I think there's an error in the time zone description of Egypt for 2010: during Ramadan, Egypt switches back to standard time and at the end of Ramadan it's daylight saving time again. This is the respective rule: Rule Egypt 2010 only - Sep 9 0:00s 1:00 S However, Ramadan seems to end at midnight between the 9th and the 10th of September (it lasts 30 days, which includes the 9th). See http://www.timeanddate.com/news/time/egypt-ends-dst-2010.html So the rule should be: Rule Egypt 2010 only - Sep 9 24:00s 1:00 S Or Rule Egypt 2010 only - Sep 10 0:00s 1:00 S I'm not 100% sure about all this (I'm no expert), but as the other sources in the time zone file don't mention a specific switch time, I think the rule needs to be corrected.
