Once again, our government decided to arbitrarily change the day DST begins. This year, it begins on the third sunday of october (the 19th), and ends in the third sunday of february, as usual. It seems the day it ends is much more stable than the day it begins, for some reason. Also, more states were left out of DST this year. The states that remain with DST are: RS, SC, PR, SP, RJ, ES, MG, GO, MS, DF.
