Which is why daylight saving time rules should NOT be incorporated into OS software -- because they continually change. I am wondering how many computers in the European Union (except UK/Ireland) went back to standard time September 29 when the EU didn't fall back until October 27, the former date being programmed into them when the code was written because the last Sunday in September was the rule then.
