Ok the sleepy suburb Lower Prince's Quarter of the capital of Sint Maarten is there then :-) My opinion is that wikipedia articles should not be taken that literally about 'population' numbers. Just curious if anybody else is tracking this DST change......coming up on Aug 20th in Chile. Is this already covered back in the 2011e tzdata file?
