Any Australians in the audience familiar with a secret time zone in Victoria? If so,, please let Paul know, ,so we can update the australasia file. (It sounds as if there may be 2 or more of them.)

Are there actually two or more secret time zones (“Victoria's secret time zone 1”, “Victoria's secret time zone 2”, etc), or is it just called “Victoria's secret time zone 2” because the one we already know about (AEST / AEDT) is “Victoria's well-known time zone 1”? More to the point, why is a shopping mall on the Eastern seaboard of the United States observing UTC+10 / UTC+11 instead of UTC-05 / UTC-04? This warrants further investigation...
