I'm forwarding this message from Louis Guindon, who is not on the time zone mailing list. Those of you who are on the list should direct replies appropriately. --ado -----Original Message----- From: Louis Guindon [mailto:louis.guindon@gmail.com] Sent: Monday, November 19, 2007 3:30 To: tz@lecserver.nci.nih.gov Subject: xmlDate Compiler Hi, The link for xmlDate complier from Philippe GOETZ is not working anymore. I am refering to this entry "xmlDate contains JavaScript code that parses tz source into an internal object that represents a time zone. It is freely available under the GPL. " on the web page http://www.twinsun.com/tz/tz-link.htm. I am very interested by this tool and wandering if you know the new location or the developer contact information. Regards, Louis Guindon

I cannot find it either, or a replacement. Perhaps you can try to track down Phillipe Goetz and report back to us what happened? In the mean time obviously we should stop linking to a nonexistent site. Here are some clues to help you find him: <http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.time.tz/1048> <http://mozware.iifree.net/bietozilla/> <http://mailman.uclinux.org/pipermail/uclinux-dev/2007-May/042875.html> <http://sourceforge.net/users/philippe_goetz/>
