(:-) This version fixes bugs in the calculations for %U, %W, and %V and output formats of several of the others (they now have leading zeros if necessary). It also fixes a small bug in date.c. Although this is only the fourth version posted c.s.u, it is the sixth one to go to the net, the first two were in comp.sources.misc. So I don't know if this is strftime 4.0 or 6.0, you can decide.
