These reflect the changes circulated last week on the time zone mailing list by Paul Eggert. They also contain the minor changes to Makefile and zdump.c to produce more useful output when doing a "make typecheck". With only some technical fixes to the proposed 64-bit changes in hand, I'll hold off on distributing these; I welcome insights on whether the general approach is sound. --ado
