As noted in an earlier message today, John Hawkinson reported difficulty sending a message to the mailing list. I've checked elsie's logs; sendmail hasn't logged any messages from outside NIH since July 12th. I'm guessing that something at the NIH firewall changed on that date. I'll investigate further then see if I can resolve the issue with bureaucracy central. In the meantime, please send stuff destined for the time zone list to... arthur_david_olson@nih.gov ...and I'll forward it. Thanks! --ado
