Hi Rov, Xavier Braure, who requested the time change, is now in Tunisia and says the correct time in Tunis is GMT+1 Also, Greenwichmeantime is the official site for times in the world, where there is a news article stating that Tunisia government abandoned Summer time in 2009 and are not moving to Summer time in 2010.
