Dear Paul I am looking at the timezone for Mexico City 1950. There is a special rules for DST 12 Feb - 31 July 1950, which seems to apply only to Mexico City. I need to find out the definition of the geographic area for which this is valid. You quote as a source http://www.cddhcu.gob.mx/bibliot/publica/inveyana/polisoc/horver/ but I cannot access that source. Do you happen to keep an offline copy of that source information? Best regards Alois

It's great when the Internet Archive has the resource one is looking for but, of course, they don't *archive* everything. For this reason, I think it would be great to use their "Save Page Now" feature for every new URL that gets referenced in the TZ data. That way we can be sure that at least it makes it into the Internet Archive for future reference and, hopefully, it'll be there for years to come (I hope they keep receiving donations for their wonderful job). The "Save Page Now" feature is here at the bottom right: https://archive.org/web/ Best Regards, -- Jorge

Thanks, the attached proposed patch should fix that bug.
