Yesterday the Colorado House State Affairs Committee voted 7-2 on two resolutions: to move Colorado into the Central zone and to place Colorado in year-round daylight saving time. I believe it is now up to the US Dept of Transportation to decide the result. I don't know if the Governor or state senate must do anything to the resolution. Bob Devine
