Hello, this year (just like in 2004-2005) there's no change in time zone adjustment in Cuba. We will stay in daylight savings time: http://www.granma.cu/espanol/2005/noviembre/mier9/horario.html. Roughly, this says that the cause for not changing back is of electrical power & fuel savings nature. I have patched my FreeBSD workstation with the attached diff that I made, and AFAICT, this works locally. Can you please confirm and maybe merge into the TZ database? Thanks a lot, Carlos.
