Looking back through the mailing list records, I found a few more instances of names to convert (but I left things in the Latin alphabet). In doing so, I also found a bit of commentary that had some typographical issues, mostly capitalization. These are relative to commit fe8b770c2dc96576d30dc2b95783ce52417b5b90 <https://github.com/eggert/tz/commit/fe8b770c2dc96576d30dc2b95783ce52417b5b90> . -- Tim Parenti
Thanks for those fixes. I installed them into the experimental version on github. That's pretty good, fixing a spelling error in French -- I would not have caught that. You inspired me to find some more spelling mistakes, one in Spanish, plus a few accent fixes. I applied the attached patch too. I'm sure there are more errors like that.

The use of two different apostrophe characters looks a bit weird in that sentence. Didn't you standardize on straight apostrophes (U+0027) earlier? -- -=( Ian Abbott @ MEV Ltd. E-mail: <abbotti@mev.co.uk> )=- -=( Tel: +44 (0)161 477 1898 FAX: +44 (0)161 718 3587 )=-
To make it less likely for stray '’'s and similar characters to creep into the data in the future, I improved 'make check_character_set' to catch them with the attached patch, installed in the github experimental version.
