Under "Other time zone databases", the link labeled "Windows → Tzid table" is <http://unicode.org/cldr/data/diff/supplemental/windows_tzid.html>, which redirects to <http://unicode.org/repos/cldr-tmp/trunk/diff/supplemental/windows_tzid.html>, which is 404.
