The attached order states: "Fiji's daylight savings will begin on Sunday, 6 November 2016, when clocks go forward an hour at 2am to 3am and end at 3.00am on Sunday 15th January 2017 Fiji rules in tzdata2016g.tar: Rule Fiji 2014 max - Nov Sun>=1 2:00 1:00 S Rule Fiji 2015 max - Jan Sun>=15 3:00 0 - The current rules will not work for 2016. Please can we have an updated file for Fiji. Why not? Currently, 'zdump -i -c 2016,2018 Pacific/Fiji' reports the following, and the 2016-11-06 and 2017-01-15 entries match the announcement that you gave.
