I surveyed the Internet and Google Books and found several independent English-language sources using WIB/WITA/WIT, whereas it seemed only tz-inspired sources used WIT/CIT/EIT. This change does not affect time zone offsets, just alphabetic abbreviations, such as tm_zone in the BSD-style struct tm.
