Does anyone know how best to contact the CIA (preferably by e-mail) to tell them about the errors in (even the latest, 5-month-old version of) their time-zone map (the most glaring ones being the incorrect date line and wildy wrong zones for eastern Kiribati, especially the Line Islands)? I've looked in vain for an e-mail address or feedback page on their Web site. --Alex
