Please get a copy of the data (the latest release is here): http://www.iana.org/time-zones/repository/releases/tzdata2015d.tar.gz Unpack it and look for "Portugal". More-detailed instructions can be found in: http://www.iana.org/time-zones/repository/tz-link.html
