DST ends earlier than expected in Egypt

Ouch. Thanks for the heads-up. So they changed their minds again, with only four days' notice? Their new rule is more historically compatible; perhaps that's why. Currently we have them changing at 2006-09-25 at 01:00 local time.
From this news item I assume that it should be 2006-09-22 at 00:00 local time.
