The version we sent was version after retroactive edition of 1992 year after decree ordering to remove these words was issued. The original Original text from June of 1990 was: "1. Установити з 1 липня 1990 року на території Української РСР час другого часового поясу без додання однієї години, московський час мінус одна година." "1.
