Crossover day has come and gone in the Maryland state legislature; bills not passed by one of the two chambers by crossover face substantial hurdles in gaining approval. Neither the House-side nor the Senate-side bills shifting Maryland to permanent DST (with the potential for a short-notice shift) made it out of committee. Links to bill status below.
