Greetings all, West Samoan local time (Pacific/Apia) is currently GMT +14. The current 2012f tzcode sets the time to GMT +13 (no DST applied). I found this discussion recently: http://mm.icann.org/pipermail/tz/2012-September/018278.html It appears this patch or similar was never applied? This need to be resolved ASAP. Thanks, Mark Williams.

I'll send off a proposed patch shortly. This will part of a series of three; the other two are for Palestine and for C89 portability. These proposed patches are available on Github at <http://github.com/eggert/tz>.
