A fire in another part of the building took out power to our part of the building this last Monday evening (2007-04-23); elsie.nci.nih.gov has been out of service until just now. Permanent repairs are supposed to be done tomorrow (2007-04-28) from noon until 6 p.m. here on the east coast of the United States; elsie.nci.nih.gov will be down at that time as well.
